Refund & Shipping Policy
We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will refund you.
We accept returns when you notify us within 3 days of delivery. The item has to have not been worn or washed. (We have the right to deny a return if these conditions are not met)
Please email us your return request to email@example.com and we will send you a shipping label. Return cost is deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pickup orders: please notify us within 3 days of pickup if you would like to return. Order can then be dropped off within 7 days of pickup. The item has to have not been worn or washed. (We have the right to deny a return if these conditions are not met)
Please note: any item bought using a sale code is final sale.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday-Thursday.
Orders can take 24-48 hours to be fulfilled. If you need an order sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you order to confirm it can be ready quicker.
Our products are shipped using USPS (shipping timing is provided directly from USPS and is subject to change). Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when they are placed.
Due to COVID 19, Priority shipping and 2 day shipping are not guaranteed. They can take one or two days more than planned.
